The driving steel gears deliver continuous, highly-efficient output. This powerful meat grinder can handle up to 11 - 14 lb. of meat per minute. For optimal grinding results, the meat should be chilled to 32-34 degrees Fahrenheit. This unit requires a 120V electrical connection for operation. Forward/Reverse Features The grinder also comes with a reset and forward and reverse buttons and hand guard. High-capacity, heavy-gauge stainless steel meat tray. Easy to Move A durable handle is built-in for easy transport.
