Tonight on KATU, a local entrepreneur is swimming with the sharks on ABC’s “Shark Tank. ” “So the product is the Cheese Chopper, the 'grate' new way to slice, shred and store your cheese with ease,” said Tate Koenig, also known as Mr. Cheese. He’s pitching his Cheese Chopper on the show. He says he didn't even apply to be on the show but that producers reached out to him after finding his product on Kickstarter.
